About recruitment
How can I participate in the test?
Sign up through the official website or use HoYoLAB to pre-register, fill in your complete contact information, and submit the recruitment questionnaire to finish pre-registration. Testers are drawn from the pool of everyone who completes pre-registration and submits the questionnaire. Following the official Honkai: Nexus Anima accounts and joining community events gives you more chances to be selected.
Use only the official website. Beware of fraudulent apps or sites claiming to offer test access, and protect your account and personal information.
When does recruitment end?
The recruitment period runs from June 22, 2026 12:00 (UTC+8) to July 3, 2026 23:59 (UTC+8).
How will I know if I’ve been selected?
After recruitment ends, testers are drawn from players who successfully registered and submitted the questionnaire. Selection notifications are sent to the email address you provided during registration, so fill in everything accurately — mismatched information means you cannot participate.
You can also join the official Discord and complete account verification to receive access notifications there, or use the “Check Test Access” button on the official site’s homepage. The result shown on the official website is the authoritative one. Test access is for the qualifying tester only — transferring, sharing, lending, or selling access is strictly prohibited.
Can I modify my questionnaire answers after submitting?
No. Once the recruitment questionnaire is submitted it cannot be modified, so make sure every response is accurate before you submit.
When will the test client be available to download?
After you qualify, HoYoverse provides the download link and instructions by email or other official channels. Watch the official channels for the release timing and details.
About the test
Will account data be wiped after the test?
Yes. This Evolution Test is a limited, free closed beta with no monetization, and account data will be wiped. The game is still in development, so the test content does not represent the final product.
When will the test begin?
The Evolution Test is scheduled to begin on July 9, 2026 (UTC+8). The end date will be announced later.
Is game data synchronized across platforms?
Yes — game data is shared across platforms for the same HoYoverse account. For example, after playing on PC and logging off, you can log in on a mobile device with the same account and continue your progress.
Can I share my account or switch devices?
No. For this test, access is linked to the first device used to log in on each platform. Each HoYoverse account can be linked to only one device per platform (PC, iOS, and Android) that you have access to, and test platforms cannot be changed or added. Do not trust any account sharing/trading offers or sellers of test installation packages — protect your account and assets.
Can I share gameplay on social media?
Yes. There are no strict restrictions on sharing test content such as screen recordings, screenshots, and live streams. Please follow each platform’s posting guidelines when you post.
